Digi MI-700

Automatic Single-Frame Labeling System

The Digi MI-700 is an automatic weighing and price labeling system designed for dynamic weighing and labeling of up to 80 packages per minute.

The system is a PC-based machine, allowing for easy integration with existing equipment and networks. The MI-700 features a color touch screen for quick and user-friendly programming and PLU selection, as well as a quick-release conveyor system.

Compact Design

The compact single-frame design enables seamless integration of this machine into packaging lines where space is limited.

Efficient Labeling

The Digi MI-700 ensures high-speed labeling and is equipped with a large label roll capacity and a 300 dpi thermal print head. The system is fitted with a standard 80 mm wide thermal head and is optionally available with a 108 mm width.

MI-700 Control System

The DIGI-700 series operates using an industrial PC running embedded software on a Windows® operating system. It offers flexible integration of two-way XML communication for back-office data collection, programming, and line monitoring.

Integration with Sleever Machines

The MI-700 can be combined with sleever or C-wrap machines. Its unique software and hardware communication package, along with the simplicity of a multi-pin connection, ensures a reliable and efficient system configuration.

Variants

The MI-700 "long scale" version is available with a weighing conveyor length of 650 mm, allowing it to handle products measuring 80–475 mm in length, 40–250 mm in width, and up to 180 mm in height.
