Inspection

Scanvaegt Systems provides inline systems for quality inspection and control of a wide range of parameters.

If the product does not meet the requirements to e.g. weight, volume, metal debris, foreign matter, label content, label placement and bar code readability, the inspection system discards it, safeguarding high food safety and product quality.

Our inline product inspection system checks that the product's content and visual condition meets the determined criteria and filters out the product, if the criteria are not complied with. The systems can handle fresh, frozen, wet or dry products packed in trays, bags, cans, boxes and crates.

Our inspection systems include Metal Detectors, X-ray Systems, Checkweighers and Vision Control Systems.
