High-Speed Labeling System for Wide Products

The Digi HI-700W is a wide, high-speed dynamic weigh-price labeling system capable of handling up to 120 packages per minute with a package width of up to 410 mm.
Its flexible labeling method enhances packaging line efficiency. The system is PC-based and runs embedded software on the Windows® operating system, enabling easy integration with existing machines and networks.

The Digi HI-700W features a color touch screen for easy and fast programming and PLU selection, along with a quick-release conveyor system.

High Productivity for Wide Packages

The high-speed printer, equipped with a large label roll capacity and a 300 dpi thermal printhead, ensures fast labeling of packages up to 410 mm in width.

PC-Based System

The DIGI-700 series is powered by an industrial PC. Its embedded software, running on the Windows® operating system, enables flexible two-way XML communication for back-office data collection, product setup, and line monitoring.

Bottom Labeling with Wide Conveyor

The modular design of the HI-700W offers exceptional flexibility when multiple labels are required on a single package. The HI-700W can be equipped with up to five label printers for top and bottom labeling, supporting automatic label switching and the application of multiple labels per package.
