The ScanPlant NG Scanning - Weighing - Labelling module is the smart tool for creating flexible label design and for printing correct information on the labels.

It’s easy and simple to set-up new label designs in this module, which saves time. Combined with system integration, the module checks the information to be printed and ensures correct information.

Altogether this makes working procedures more effective and reduces the number of errors.

By creating dynamic label designs, the number of label designs can be minimized.

The ScanPlant NG Scanning - Weighing - Labelling module supports all Scanvaegt hardware equipment, e.g. industry scales, automatic labelling systems, label printers, barcode scanners and radio readers (RFIDs) as well as checkweighers, metal detectors and graders.

The module also supports communication with third-party equipment such as SCADA systems, vision cameras, flow measurers and PLCs.

It’s possible to connect a separate printer for printing pallet labels with total weight, which is automatically calculated based on the box registrations.

The variable weight of the individual boxes is summed-up, when the predefined quantity of boxes per pallet is reached, and then printed on the pallet label.
