The ScanPlant NG Data Integration module captures and exchanges data from other it-systems and hardware equipment, presenting all data in one system while simplifying maintenance of master data and ensuring synchronization of updated information between the systems.

All data in one system

The ScanPlant NG Data Integration module captures production data from other it-systems and hardware equipment, combines them and presents all in one system.

The module opens for integration to the ERP system, which means that data only have to be maintained in one system, e.g. the financial system. This will save time, prevent errors and ensure updated and correct data.

The integration with the finance system makes each systems used, where it is best – the financial system handles finance and master data, while ScanPlant NG handles process and quality data.

The module also enables integration to production systems and quality systems – e.g. a checkweighers, metal detectors, flow meters, SCADA systems, quality management systems etc. This simplifies maintenance of master data and ensures that updated information is synchronized between the relevant systems.

The ScanPlant NG Data Integration module can capture data from 3rd party devices through serial communication or network telegrams from a PLC or other devices.
