The SVA270 Flex applies SSCC labels to two sides of the pallet – and it can also apply the label at multiple heights on the pallet while the pallet remains in the same position.

The SVA270 Flex features a unique design in which the applicator arm is driven by a servo motor, enabling movement in multiple axes/angles, both horizontally and vertically. The motion is smooth, step-less, and fast.

Up to 32 different application heights can be programmed and changed for each pallet. The lift/lower range for label application can be set to, for example, 700 mm or 1400 mm, or customized to specific requirements.

Automatic Barcode Verification The SVA270 Flex, equipped with an Intermec Px6i label printer, can be delivered with an automatic barcode verification system that checks barcode readability and verifies that all labels have identical serial numbers.

Compact Design Thanks to the servo motor, the SVA270 Flex has a highly compact footprint of only 660 x 1190 mm, making it easy to integrate into existing pallet conveyor lines.
