Automatic labelling and weighing of up to 120 products per minute!

The ES7001 system weighs and labels up to 120 products per minute with max precision and can handle even quite large products with dim. up to 640x360x200 mm!

ES7001 has 1 top-printer, applying the label on the top side of the product, but can also handle labelling on side and bottom of the product.

ES7001 applies the newest technology, making the system very sophisticated and userfriendly at the same time - it is extremely easy to operate due to the inter-active guide on a touch-screen, from where you operate all functions and adjustments of the system.

External supply of compressed air is not necessary as the ES7000 has integrated compressor. All conveyor belts have "plug-ins" and can be replaced without use of tools. Also the thermo-print head can be replaced without use of tools.

Weighing capacity is 3 kg/1 g, 6 kg/2 g or 8 kg/5 g. Thermo or thermo-transfer print is possible. Label roll diameter is 285 mm with a maximum label size of WxL: 110 x 200 mm. It is possible to print-out product labels as well as total-/box labels.
