The Anritsu XR75 X-ray system identifies foreign bodies in products as well as inspecting product shape, missing items, virtual weight, count and package check. By closely monitoring all these issues the x-ray system assures overall high product quality.

The x-ray system is capable of finding small, low density contaminants – e.g. bone to 1.0 mm and metal to 0.5 mm - with low false reject rates. Furthermore the system also handles applications like package check, void check, missing product detection and shape detection.

The Advanced Long Life Technology provides reliable and accurate inspection with reduced power consumption as the low output x-ray generator reduces heat generation, eliminating the need for cooling system, resulting a 30% reduction in power consumption.
