With the XG305 Basic Grader, Scanvaegt Systems introduces an ultra-robust, flexible system for automatic weight/size grading. The grader operates with high weighing accuracy, ensuring precise portion weight and maximum utilization of raw materials. The design with motors on each conveyor makes the grader even more precise while also reducing noise levels.

The XG305 Basic Grader, which can handle both sizing and batching, has a modular design and can be easily adapted to individual production needs, product sizes, weight ranges, and throughput. It is also a solution that can be expanded with additional modules as production grows.

The sorting unit is also designed for the product, with 3 or 4 rejects on each side. The reject type is also tailored to the product and application, and can be containers, bins, chutes, slides, or boxes.

The XG305 Basic Grader can also be designed with reject arms with different CC distances on the sorting unit, adapted to sorting into small manual packing stations or directly into larger boxes. This ensures a compact design and optimal productivity.
