Scanvaegt Labels increases capacity with new Nilpeter press machine

Scanvaegt Labels is experiencing increasing demands for quality labels and is stepping-up to meet all inquiries.

In recent years, our label printing company has invested in various new production equipment and ensured competitive prices for our customers and extended flexibility in the production. Most recently, we’ve just installed a new Nilpeter printing machine - this increases our printing capacity significantly, so that we can meet more orders from our customers.

Faster, more flexible production

Scanvaegt Labels is now up to five printing machines and several cutting machines, which run full time. The new Nilpeter is a wide-roller flexo press machine with eight color units and can print with both water colors and UV colors. In addition, the new NilPeter machine has several new features that provide many printing options and improve the production process.

Together with the existing printing machines and cutting machines, the new machine will provide our customers a number of benefits. They will be ensured in-time delivery, as the many printing machines maintain high uptime, enabling us to deliver on time. The flexibility of the machines also allows us to quickly adjust production and print many different types labels for our customers – even in smaller batches.

With the greater printing capacity, we will be able to print even more labels and deliver faster to our customers.

Environmentally friendly colours

Today, with focus on the environment, many companies prefer labels printed with water colors, which are more environmentally friendly than labels printed with UV colors - we can meet those wishes with all of our 5 printing machines.
